We adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you require to reschedule your appointment. Failure to no-show and any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subjected to a fee. We are a small business and wages still need to be managed for the time that has been booked. We appreciate your understanding.

Confirmation email & SMS is sent out 48, 24 & 4 hours prior to your appointment. The Aesthetics Lab is committed to providing all clients with exceptional service, when a client cancels without enough notice, they prevent another client from having a sooner appointment.
